Sellsius 101 - Blogoff - round 3

END OF ROUND 3 - Greg 66  Ardell 35 and I’m going on lunch break.  To be continued…

12:00 p.m. - Greg #66 The poor and home ownership, spoken like a true logical economist.

11:45 a.m. - Ardell #35 Most expensive house ever.  Well, how much was it?

11:36 a.m. - Ardell #34 A hill, a moat, and a fence I think the fence is overkill on this one.

11:30 a.m. - Greg #65 Using controversy to increase traffic to your site

                - Ardell #33 1 is better than 2 when it comes to buyers.

11:24 a.m. - Greg #64 Public speaking other than picturing naked people.

                - Ardell #32 Problems with historic houses

11:14 a.m. - Greg #63 Signs of a divorce.  I’m not sure which is better, his eye for details, or his lack of ability to let me rest.

11:07 a.m. - Greg #62 Greg reviews Hampton Real Estate Blog

                - Ardell #31 Earnest money (no relation) How much should it be?

11:03 a.m. - Ardell #30 Overbidding. How high has she seen?

11:00 a.m. - Greg 61   Ardell 29

10:57 a.m. - Greg #61 Sometimes you just have to eat it, a tough example of someone in a bad position.

10:44 a.m. - Greg #60 Greg Swann explains RSS feeds. I never thought I’d say this, but I guess I’m an Oprah man.

                - Ardell #29 Ardell’s hitting the wall, and pretending it’s the Sellsius guys.

10:33 a.m. - Ardell #28 Home inspection requests.  Ok, for the most part I agree, but different scenarios call for different measures. If you have competition on this beauty of a house.  It couldn’t hurt to put in a higher offer to get rid of the competition.  The inspection at that point could be an opportunity to renegotiate after the other players are gone (if the listing agent is dumb enough not to call you on your inspection contingency).

10:31 a.m. - Greg #59 Greg Winfrey explains RSS feeds.

10:22 a.m. - Greg #58 How to be a sneaky bast..buyers agent. Yet another reason that if you’re a seller, get out of the house if there’s a showing.

                - Ardell #27 Sellers, read this now for your agents sake.

10:11 a.m. - Greg #57 Greg reviews Altos Research Blog

10:05 a.m. - Greg #56 What to look for in a neighborhood

                - Ardell #26 What happens when you can’t close on time

10:00 a.m. Greg 55   Ardell 25

9:58 a.m. - Greg #55 Not everyone can be right 100% of the time, besides me that is.  Gregs gripes on advice to get traffic.

               - Ardell #25 Hotties, this picture’s worth 1001 words.

9:44 a.m. - Greg #54 More words of wisdom from Greg on how to be a complete ignoramous. Or  what not to do.

9:36 a.m. - Ardell #24 Too many real estate signs.  I agree with her, agents want their interests (and their sellers) to be represented, but when you get too many, it hurts everyone. What’s wrong with this street? Why is everyone trying to sell and nothing selling?

9:32 a.m. - Greg #53 Vacant homes are great to show but problems can still arise. Some nasty ones.

9:25 a.m. - Greg #52  Greg reviews 360 Digest Weblog

                - Ardell #23 So..whatcha drivin? I think this is a funny as hell plate for the wrong reason. BHND ME - if you’re driving in a car behind Greg, it seems like the license plate is all knowing.  How’d it know where I was?

9:00 a.m. So Greg’s made it to 50, I get the sneaking suspicion that this could have been pre-set as break time for him.  And Ardell has been going slow and steady.  Will we have another tortise and the hare?   Greg 50   Ardell 22

8:48 a.m.  So I went to check out Sellsius Blog and commented I was probably missing 3 posts in the time it took me to write the comment.  Actually it was 2.

            - Greg #50 Blogging about blogging about blogging.  My head hurts.

            - Ardell #22 Using the scientific method to figure out what gets comments. Worth the wait.  BTW I’m anal, we need to manually approve the posts, for some reason my time has been spent elsewhere today.

8:33 a.m. - Greg #49 Punctuation I am the last person who should be talking about proper punctuation, I’m lucky to get the periods where they belong.  So I feel the need to showcase my intelligence:  Uhh hu hu, Greg wrote colon….  I should really read that article,

8:23 a.m. - Greg #48 Reasons to work with an agent, #1 keeping it all business, not personal.

8:17 a.m. - Greg #47 Greg Reviews The conspiracy to keep you poor and stupid

8:09 a.m. - Greg #46 Drowning in text Well, I can tell you that yesterday, when I was looking at Greg’s technorati info, I copy and pasted the numbers, and by the time I was done with that entry, Greg’s links had shot up with 10 new blogs and like 30 new links.  By the time I was done posting that, it had shot up more.  This was yesterday!!! Lord knows what today will bring!

8:05 a.m. - Ardell #21 Thingymabober stagers can’t live without Not just stagers, perfect for anyone who thrives on change and doesn’t want to expend the energy.

Interesting that Ardell posts about commenting. I’ve been trying to comment on her blog all morning. I can enter the header info, but I get no comment box. Tried it in Firefox and IE, on two different PCs to no avail.
